    Сonfidentiality policy

    I hereby, in compliance with the Federal Law No. 152-FZ On Personal Data as of 27.07.2006, give my unconditional consent of my own free will and in my own interest for processing my personal data by EkoNiva-Semena LLC, registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation at 33, Sovetskaya st., 397926 Shchuchye village, Liski district, Voronezh region (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

    Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable living individual.
    The present Consent is given by me for processing the following personal data:

    • Contact person (Full name)
    • Telephone
    • E-mail

    The consent is given to the Operator to perform the following actions with my personal data using automation and/or without using such means: collection, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), use, rendering personal data anonymous as well as any other actions stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation by both non-automated and automated methods.

    This consent is given to the Operator to process my personal data for the following purposes:

    • providing me with services/works on ordering seeds of cereals, leguminous crops; forage annual, perennial and lawn grasses and pre-sowing seed treatment;
    • sending notices to my address regarding the services/works provided;
    • preparing and sending responses to my enquiries;
    • sending to my address the information, including promotional, about the Operator’s events/goods/services/works.

    Additionally, EkoNiva-Semena LLC entrusts the processing of personal data to Calltouch Solutions LLC for the purpose of providing the functionality of the CALLTOUCH-CALLTRACKING SERVICE Software Program, including but not limited to the implementation of marketing (promotional, PR) activities by monitoring the behaviour of the target audience, enriching the data about it, profiling (including segmentation and scoring) and targeting such audience.
