    Consent to receipt of informational and promotional newsletters*

    I hereby, (hereinafter in the context referred to as the Counterparty), in compliance with the Federal Law as of 13.03.2006 No. 38-FZ On advertising, ticking the box next to the text ‘I hereby give consent to receiving informational and promotional newsletters from EkoNiva-Semena LLC’ after filling in my contact details and clicking the Submit button at https://ekonivasemena.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the Web Site), give my consent of my own free will and in my own interest to EkoNiva-Semena LLC, PSRN (Primary State Registration Number): 1045006456670, registered at 33, Sovetskaya st., Shchuchye village, Liski district, Voronezh region, Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Company) to:

    • receipt of product and service offers (advertising);
    • receipt of information on organisation and carrying out promotional events aimed at raising awareness of brands and services and loyalty to them;
    • news and events updates receipt;
    • inclusion of my personal data into counterparty databases;
    • record, receipt and provision of information in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation by the Company.

    By giving the Consent, I undertake to provide reliable data only about myself and as required for performing the specified actions.

    In general, these actions are aimed at fulfilment by the Company of the goals stipulated in its articles of incorporation and the documents of the persons belonging to the same group as the Company.

    I confirm that I agree to receive the above-mentioned information, including promotional information, by e-mail (e-mail messages) or other available means of communication, taking into account the list of contact details I have provided.

    I confirm that I am well informed that:

    • at any time during the term of validity of the present Consent, I have the right to withdraw it and unsubscribe from receiving e-mails and other mailings at any time upon my written request to the Company;
    • at any time, I can ask for help with questions related to this Consent by sending an e-mail to semena@ekoniva-apk.com with the subject line ‘Advertising’. The current Company contacts are specified in Contacts.

    The date of this Consent shall be the date of filling in the web form at the Web Site (ticking the appropriate box from the moment of clicking the ‘Submit’ button at the Web Site).

    This Consent shall remain in force until withdrawn by the Counterparty.

    By entering my data at the Web Site, by ticking the appropriate box in relation to the present Consent, I confirm that I have read and understood the Company’s Policy on Processing and Protection of Personal Data as well as my rights and obligations in this area.**

    EkoNiva-Semena LLC entrusts the processing of personal data to Calltouch Solutions LLC for the purpose of providing the functionality of the CALLTOUCH-CALLTRACKING SERVICE Software Program, including but not limited to performing promotional (advertising, PR) activities by monitoring the behaviour of the target audience, enriching the data about it, profiling (including segmentation and scoring) and targeting such audience.
