Development features
Quick growth and regrowth after cutting. It forms a thick carpet-like stand. High trampling, intensive load and disease resistance. Good winter hardiness and durability. It is well suited for lowlands and unfavourable regions.
Planting time
Sowing during the entire season is possible, until September (for lawn purposes), subject to sufficient moisture level
